Returns and Exchanges


We will offer a replacement item, at no additional cost, under the following circumstances:

  • Item is faulty / damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item (size, color, etc.), i.e. other than what you ordered 

In any of the above circumstances, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt in order to arrange for a replacement item.

Please Note: The Mamma Shop will not be held liable for any packages that were ordered to the wrong address. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order. If the package is lost in transit, we will be glad to issue a replacement.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of it being placed. To cancel an order, for any reason, send us an email (within 2 hours) with your Order Number and the reason you wish to cancel your order.

Unfortunately, we can not accept order cancellations beyond this time frame. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of their receipt for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, you must wait until you receive the item(s) and then return the package to us.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend you insure your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will grant the refund if it meets the conditions for a refund. All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for any items that show signs of use.

Note: Our Quality Care team will inspect / verify the item(s) before we issue a replacement or refund. The Mamma Shop reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
